  1. Description

    The 16 litres Textibox offers the performance of the plastic box (Plasibox) and the advantages of a cooler bag (Sofribag).

    Certified to French standard Afnor NF99-700 (Standard for packaging used in the health care industry), the Textibox guarantees to maintain temperature between +2° and +8°C inside the packaging for 48 hours. (Providing instructions for usage are followed)

    This model has a robust and hard wearing outer textile bag, 40mm of polyurethane insulation and an adjustable strap for ease of carrying; all this weighing less than 6kg, including the gel packs.

    Much lighter than the plastic case, the Textibox allows for transport of chilled product (2°to 8°C) safely for up to 48 hours in warm weather (96 hous in cold weather).

    Included are the instruction manual with 8 gel packs (4x PER1000, 4xPER0400), for the maintenance of the required temperature.

    For orders over 300 units a wide choice of colours is available.

  2. Instructions

    Une notice d'utilisation est incluse avec la Textibox.

    PREPARATION – Saison chaude (moyenne des températures extérieure >15°C)
    J-3: Placer les plaques eutectiques 10/0 au minimum 48 h au congélateur à -20°C (± 2°C). Les plaques eutectiques doivent être placées bien à plat.
    J-1: Placer ensuite les plaques eutectiques 10/0 dans un congélateur à -2°C et les plaques eutectiques 4/0 dans un réfrigérateur à +5°C.

    PREPARATION – Saison froide (moyenne des températures extérieures <10°C)
    Placer les plaques eutectiques au minimum 24 h au réfrigérateur à +5°C (± 3°C). Les introduire directement à cette température.

    N.B : cette durée est un minimum donné à titre indicatif pour des plaques eutectiques à l’unité. Dans le cas de livraison sur palette, il est conseillé de placer la palette entière pendant au moins 7 jours au réfrigérateur

    CHARGEMENT

    1/ Ouvrir la Textibox
    2/ Placer 2 plaques PER1000 puis 2 plaques PER0400 par dessus
    3/ Charger le produit à expédier
    4/ Placer 2 plaques PER1000 puis 2 plaques PER0400 par dessus
    5/ Fermer la Textibox, expédier.

    This shuttle case is designed for short journeys for chilled products, whether pharmaceutical, biotechnical, chemical or food.
