  1. Description

    The 12 litres Textibox combines the cooling performance of a plastic box (The Plastibox) and the ease of use and maintenance of a bag (The Sofribag)

    Tested to Afnor NF99-700 standard (the French Standard for packaging in Health Care) we guarantee that the Textibox will maintain temperature inside the packaging of between +2 to +8°C for 18 hours (provided instructions for use are followed)

    This model has a robust and resistant outer textile covering, 30mm of polyurethane insulation and an adjustable strap for ease of carrying; all weighing less than 4kg, the gel packs included.

    Much lighter than a plastic box, the Textibox allows you transport any type of product at a cool +2 to +8°C in complete safety, for up to 18 hours in hot weather (96 hours in cold weather).

    This product is supplied with a set of Instructions for use, 8 PER400 gel packs and 2 separators which provide the refrigeration needed to maintain the desired temperatures.

  2. Instructions

    A set of instructions is included with the Textibox.

    PREPARATION – Warm Weather (outside temperatures >15°C)

    J-3: place 4 gel packs 04/0 for a minimum 48 hours in a freezer at - 20°C (± 2°C). The gel packs should be placed flat in the freezer. Then place 4 other gel packs 4/0 in a refrigerator at +5°C.

    PREPARATION – Cold Weather (outside temperatures <10°C)

    J-3: place the gel packs for a minimum 28 hours in a refrigerator at +5°C (± 3°C). Place in the box at this temperature. 
    N.B. The durations indicated are a minimum for one gel pack. For deliveries by pallet you are advised to place the entire pallet into the fridge for at least 7 days.  

    LOADING:

    1/ Open the Textibox
    2/ Place the 2 frozen gel packs PER0400 then a separator and the 2 packs PER0400 at 5°C on top.
    3/ Load your product
    4/ Then place 2 gel packs PER0400 at 5°C, a separator and the 2 frozen gel packs PER0400 on top.
    5/ Close up the box and it’s ready to ship.

  3. Uses

    This shuttle case is designed for short journeys for chilled products, whether pharmaceutical, biotechnical, chemical or food.
