The 27 litres Textibox combines the cooling performance of a plastic box (The Plasibox) and the ease of use and maintenance of a bag (The Sofribag)

Tested to Afnor NF99-700 standard (the French Standard for packaging in Health Care) we guarantee that the Textibox will maintain temperature inside the packaging of between +2 to +8°C for 48 hours (provided instructions for use are followed)

This model has a robust and resistant outer textile covering, 40mm of polyurethane insulation and an adjustable strap for ease of carrying; all weighing less than 9kg, the gel packs included.

Much lighter than a plastic box, the Textibox allows you transport any type of product at a cool +2 to +8°C in complete safety, for up to 48 hours in hot weather.

This product is supplied with a set of Instructions for use, 8 gel packs (4 x PER1200 + 4 x PER0600) and 2 separators which provide the refrigeration needed to maintain the desired temperatures.

PREPARATION – Warm Weather (outside temperatures >15°C)
Place gel packs 12/0 for a minimum 48 hours in a freezer at -20°C (± 2°C). The gel packs should be placed flat in the freezer.
Cool the 4/0 gel packs to +5°C

N.B this duration is a minimum for one gel pack and can be longer depending on the type of freezer and the quantity of gel packs being prepared. For deliveries by pallet you are advised to place the entire pallet into the fridge for at least 15 days.  

LOADING

1/ Open the Textibox
2/ Place 2 frozen gel packs PER1200, a separator and then 2 PER0600 (at 5°C) on top
3/ Load your product
4/ Then place 2 PER0600 (at 5°C), a separator and 2 frozen gel packs PER1200 on top
5/ Close the box and it’s ready to ship
