  1. Description

    Flat delivery. This pack is delivered with the 4 gel packs

    Airbagliner is a patented system. Its thin internal pouch is a superposition of three technical layers: Reflective layer IR (Infra Red) + The PE foam (PolyEthylene) + Lined FDA approved.

    This technology offers with few row material a performance of 24hrs of fresh  temperature.

    Compared to same volume of a PSE packaging, Airbagliner offer a bigger volume and reduce the weight of the total pack of -30%.

    With its flat delivered system it is easy to storage the boxes

  2. Instructions

    Hot season

    Place the gel packs in a deep-freezer at  -20°C (± 2°C) for at least 48 hours. All gel packs must be placed flat. Stabilize the gel packs at -2°C before loading the box.

    Cold season
    ⇒ Gel packs on top Place the gel packs in a deep-freezer at -8°F/0°F (-20°C (± 2°C)) for at least 48 hours. All gel packs must be placed flat. Stabilize the gel packs at +28°F (-2°C) before loading the box.
    ⇒ Gel packs on bottom Place the gel packs in a fridge at +36°F/+46°F (+5°C (± 3°C)) during at least 24 hours. Insert them directly into the box.

    1/ Place the cover inside the cardboard
    2/ Place 2 gel packs on bottom
    3/ Load the products inside the box
    4/ Place 2 gel packs on top
    5/ Close the cover with the adhesive tape
    6/ Close the cardboard with an adhesive tape
